Idaho lawmakers recently passed a $50 million program that uses tax dollars to fund private school tuition. Some lawmakers want to see the program expanded to $339 million a year, amounting to over $3 billion in taxpayer funds over the next decade.

Join Save Our Schools Idaho on May 7 at 6:30pm in the Centennial High School Auditorium for a Town Hall discussion about the impacts of expanding this program.

The Town Hall will be moderated by Soñia Galaviz, Idaho Representative of District 16. Panelists will include Mike Vuittonet, Former West Ada School District Trustee, and Alicia Purdy, western regional chair of the NEA Republican Educators Caucus and IEA Region 8 Representative.

Attendees can submit questions for our panelists ahead of time or at the event. This event is free and open to the public.

*The leaders and elected officials serving as panelists will speak only on their own behalf and not on behalf of their districts or their organizations. Event locations are gathering places, not sponsors or demonstrating support of views express during the Town Halls.
