Idaho lawmakers recently passed a $50 million program that uses tax dollars to fund private school tuition. Some lawmakers want to see the program expanded to $339 million a year, amounting to over $3 billion in taxpayer funds over the next decade.

Join Save Our Schools Idaho for a Town Hall discussion on April 24 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle High School Cafeteria and Social Center about the harms of expanding this program.

The Town Hall will be moderated by Alexis Morgan, President of the Idaho PTA. Panelists will include former Superintendent of the Weiser School District Wil Overgaard, Boise School District Trustee Dave Wager, and Quinn Perry, Policy & Government Affairs Director for the Idaho School Board Association.

Attendees can submit questions for our panelists ahead of time or at the event. This event is free and open to the public.

Please RSVP to let us know you can make it.

*The leaders and elected officials serving as panelists will speak only on their own behalf and not on behalf of their districts or their organizations. Event locations are gathering places, not sponsors or demonstrating support of views express during the Town Halls.
