Who We Are


Dr. Geoff Thomas has extensive experience (39 years) serving in public education, first as a classroom teacher, then a building administrator, with twenty three years as Superintendent and is currently an Assistant Professor at Idaho State University.

During his career, Dr. Thomas served as the President of the Idaho Association of School Administrators, President of the Idaho Superintendent Association, the President of the Idaho High School Activities Association, Rexburg Chamber of Commerce President, and in 2015 represented our state as Idaho Superintendent of the Year.

Dr. Thomas and his wife of 40 years, Janalee, are the proud parents of five children and six grandchildren.


Ken Hart moved to north central Idaho with his spouse, Gail, and young daughter in 1979 to begin a career in agriculture. He and his wife own and operate Lolo Breaks Farm near Weippe. Ken is an Extension Educator with University of Idaho Extension, working in crop production, farm management, and youth development.


Tim Rosandick is a lifelong resident of Caldwell, Idaho. He is a retired K-12 educator. Shortly after retirement he served as Dean of the Caldwell campus of Treasure Valley Community College.
